Qualifications

• Must be able to wear protective clothing/equipment (PPE)
• Minimum 2 years in industrial cleaning services
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Current HPC-Industrial driver certification
• Mechanical aptitude and equipment troubleshooting experience

Responsibilities

• Lead two or more crews by planning, guiding, and coordinating daily operations
• Ensure safety first and promote HPC-Industrial policies
• Oversee paperwork/documentation for job functions
• Train and develop equipment technicians
• Interact professionally with customers and maintain good relations
• Perform hydroblasting and vacuum truck services
• Additional duties as assigned
