Job summary

VLS Environmental Solutions, LLC is seeking an Industrial Services Foreman to lead hazardous and non-hazardous waste cleanup, site remediation, facility & equipment decontamination, and tank cleaning projects. This is a working foreman role requiring hands‑on tasks and supervision of crews on diverse sites.

You will enforce safety protocols, coordinate resources, train staff, and ensure schedules and quality standards are met in challenging environments; some travel and varied hours may

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Confined space entry certification preferred.
• Minimum 6+ months experience.

Responsibilities

• Practice safety and follow OSHA regulations.
• Maintain client relationships at sites.
• Prioritize projects to meet client standards.
• Manage time and meet deadlines.
• Assign tasks, procure materials, and maintain records.
• Communicate with client, VLS supervisor, and project managers.
• Complete JSAs, conduct site inspections, provide leadership.
• Train personnel with strong emphasis on safety.
• Drive and maintain company vehicles.
• Complete daily paperwork and permits as required.
