Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years in environmental services, industrial cleaning, remediation, or emergency response.
• 2+ years in supervisory, crew lead, or project management roles.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Environmental Service Technicians and field crews.
• Coordinate staffing, schedules, and daily work assignments.
• Conduct pre-job assessments and ensure safety and schedule adherence.
• Maintain client relationships and project documentation (JSAs, OSHA paperwork).
