Eaton Corporation is seeking a Senior Segment Strategy Manager to drive strategic growth for the Electrical Sector. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• 10+ years of professional experience in management consulting, investment banking, in-house corporate strategy, or corporate development settings.
• Experience using strategic frameworks to conduct industry / market / competitor / business case analyses.
• Experience crafting compelling presentations and market analyses for senior executives, investors and/or board members.
• Eaton will not sponsor employment immigration for CPT/OPT/STEM OPT or similar programs.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic planning for Electrical Sector and Divisions (Business Units).
• Identify growth opportunities and priorities with segment and business leadership.
• Analyze target markets, Eaton’s Electrical Sector, and competitors.
• Develop strategic rationale and quantify organic and inorganic investments.
• Create formal Strategic Plans for Divisions and the Electrical Sector.
• Identify growth platforms and manage the acquisition pipeline.
• Lead research on potential acquisition targets and monitor performance.
• Collaborate with SCD and Business Units on deal modeling and rationale.
• Prepare robust business cases with financial analyses.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to align strategy and execution.
