Job summary

Galois, Inc. is seeking an Industrial Security Team Lead/Senior Facility Security Officer to enhance and run our security program across Galois locations.

The role will guide a distributed team, interface with government personnel, and ensure contract security in line with NISPOM, DD254, and program guides. The ideal candidate will have a TS/SCI clearance, strong leadership, and a proven ability to manage accreditation, risk mitigation, and compliance with security requirements for high-value

Qualifications

• Active and transferable U.S. government TS/SCI clearance.
• Experience leading security professionals and teams.
• Strong understanding of NISPOM and security standards.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Directly report to General Counsel and executives on security matters.
• Lead FSOs to establish facility and information security requirements.
• Oversee compliance with NISPOM, DD254s, and program guides.
• Coordinate accreditation and security documentation for Arlington, VA facility.
• Develop and implement security education and training programs.
• Manage personnel security processes including clearance workflows.
