Job summary

Qualifications

• HS/GED is required.
• Seven years of related experience with two years in implementing security policies per NISPOM requirements.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills.
• Customer service oriented.
• Ability to manage sensitive information and coordinate with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain security clearances and assist with fingerprint submissions.
• Assist in contract closeout and tracking Security Specification Documents.
• Maintain security databases and personnel security files; issue badges.
• Manage safes, access rooms, and debriefings.
• Process visit authorizations for ARL personnel and visits.
• Monitor eligibility for cleared employees in continuous evaluation programs.
• Collect and report foreign travel data for cleared employees.
• Coordinate classified meetings and check-in visitors.
• Report adverse or self-reports in Security folder.
• Prepare initial security briefings and create/remove badges.
