Advanced Resource Technologies, Inc. (ARTI) in Washington, DC is seeking an Industrial Security Policy Support (Security Specialist IV) to manage three areas: physical security projects, industrial security oversight and security policy development.

The role requires implementing federal policy, delivering training, and drafting security documents; coordination with DHS and other agencies is essential. A Top Secret-SCI clearance is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree with ten years specialized experience in security fields, or 14 years with no degree.
• Knowledge of NISPOM and national and international security requirements.
• Understanding of U.S. Federal Government and DoD security practices.
• Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally with all levels of personnel.
• Excellent administrative and analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Interpret federal policy related to Industrial, personnel, and information security; provide guidance department-wide.
• Assist in development, preparation, and issuance of Departmental Industrial security guidance.
• Liaise with servicing security offices and other government agencies as appropriate.
• Provide training, through briefings and webinars, to varied audiences on Industrial security policy.
• Provide input/review of proposed policies and conduct research as needed.
• Advise management on Industrial, personnel, and information security to aid in decision making.
