Leidos Security Operations is seeking an experienced security leader to serve as Security Manager for a classified manufacturing facility supporting Department of Defense (DoD), Intelligence Community (IC), and U.S. Government programs. This position provides enterprise-level leadership for the industrial security program and ensures compliance with the National Industrial Security Program (NISPOM), customer requirements, and company policies while enabling mission success through strong risk management, operational discipline, and trusted customer partnership.
The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience leading security operations within a classified manufacturing environment, including personnel security, physical security, classified material control, government inspections, and secure production support. This leader will work closely with program management, manufacturing, engineering, quality, facilities, and government customers to protect national security interests while supporting efficient and uninterrupted operations.

Pay Range: Pay Range $82,550.00 - $149,225.00
