Qualifications

• Current CPR and first aid certifications.
• Respond effectively to emergencies and conflicts.

• Knowledge of site topography and locations of emergency equipment and access points.

Responsibilities

• Patrol the assigned location and perform security duties.
• Greet and log visitors and vendors at the entrance gate; direct them as needed.
• Conduct security rounds and report damages or issues to maintenance or supervisors.
• Assist with and be trained for emergency situations and coordinate with responders.
• Provide basic emergency medical response when needed.
• Perform other duties as required.
