Job summary

Qualifications

CPR and First Aid certifications current.
Ability to respond appropriately to emergencies and conflicts.
Knowledge of site rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
Knowledge of site topography and emergency equipment locations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Perform patrol, security, emergency response and customer service duties at the assigned location.
Greet and log visitors and vendors at the gate, direct them to destinations and enforce policies.
Conduct frequent patrols, inspect equipment and report damages to Maintenance.
Surveil locations for vandalism or crime and respond with proper procedures.
Assist in emergencies with police, fire, and medical units; provide basic medical response.
