Nippon Dynawave Packaging Company (NDP) is hiring a Security & Emergency Preparedness Manager for its Longview, WA facility. The role leads physical security, emergency systems, crisis response, investigations, and regulatory compliance to protect people, assets, and operations.

The successful candidate will build preparedness, coordinate responses, and improve readiness while aligning with operations, safety, and Coast Guard requirements. A proactive, cross‑functional leader is essential.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in industrial security, emergency management, or related fields.
• Experience leading emergency preparedness initiatives and investigations.
• Experience supervising contract or internal personnel.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of MTSA, OSHA PSM, and regulatory concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead security leadership as Facility Security Officer (FSO) and ensure MTSA compliance.
• Develop and update the Facility Security Plan and coordinate security drills.
• Oversee security operations, access control, CCTV and investigations.
• Coordinate emergency plans, drills, ICS support, and business continuity.
• Prepare security performance reports and manage budgets and contracts.
