Job summary

RTX (Raytheon) in Camden, AR is seeking an onsite Facility Security Officer to manage security in a classified DoD environment. The role requires active DoD Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one, and oversight of personnel processing, OPSEC, COMSEC, and subcontractor security.

You will develop SOPs, support testing and storage of classified material, respond to alarms within one hour, and coordinate internal reviews and inspections while working closely with our security team to maintain

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 5+ years in security or equivalent
• Active and transferable U.S. government security clearance (Secret) required
• Experience with security audits/inspections in compliance with NISPOM

Responsibilities

• Administer security procedures in a classified environment (NISPOM)
• Develop, prepare, and implement SOPs, OPSEC plans, and risk-based test plans
• Support testing, shipment, and storage of classified material and hardware
• Provide security oversight to subcontractors via DD Form 254 or contractual methods
• Conduct internal reviews and participate in government inspections
• Investigate security infractions and prepare risk reports
• Escort duties and/site access control as needed
• Role is onsite at the Camden, AR location
