100% onsite position with impact across ISD, building a strong security organization, leading cross‑functional collaboration to meet DoD and customer requirements, and guiding budget, policy, and program protection efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of professional experience including people management.
• Active Top-Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) clearance required.
• Experience leading transformation in large organizations.
• Experience communicating security concepts to diverse audiences.
• Knowledge of program protection and classified programs (SAP/SCI).

Responsibilities

• Provide SCI and SAP security strategy and execution for ISD.
• Develop sustainable security strategy aligned to government expectations.
• Lead and develop the ISD security organization including CPSOs/CSSOs.
• Collaborate with Government customers and senior Northrop Grumman leadership.
