Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Sector in Redondo Beach, CA is seeking an Industrial Security Analyst – Level 4 for an all-onsite role. You will lead counterintelligence and insider threat activities, protect sensitive information, and collaborate with Space Park Security and program teams.

The position requires a Top Secret clearance, strong leadership, and the ability to travel 10% to other NGSP facilities as needed. The work schedule is 9/80 with every other Friday off.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Government Top-Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years experience, or Master's with 6+ years.
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external partners and lead independently.

Responsibilities

• Protect classified and proprietary information from external and internal threats
• Work with Security and program personnel to provide CI and insider threat protection and awareness within classified areas in furtherance of customer contract requirements
• Conduct counterintelligence and insider threat investigations
• Develop and implement awareness campaigns across this sector and in collaboration with the NGSP Counterintelligence and Insider Threat Manager
• Establish internal and external partnerships
• Review available intelligence sources, conduct tailored presentations and perform threat and vulnerability analysis
