Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Sr. Industrial Security Analyst (PERSEC) to join our Redmond, WA team. The role covers all PERSEC aspects for SCI, SAP and Collateral missions and requires active TS clearance eligibility.

The position emphasizes processing, database understanding (DISS/NBIS/JADE/TALON), and collaboration with government customers to ensure clearances are handled efficiently. On-site in Redmond with travel up to 10% and strong policy knowledge is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; OR 7+ years of professional experience performing NISPOM-related security responsibilities in lieu of a degree.
• 5+ years security experience in PERSEC within SAP, SCI, and/or Collateral environments or a security field.

Responsibilities

• Support all PERSEC aspects of missions at SCI, SAP and Collateral levels.
• Process PERSEC steps including pre-screening, clearance initiation, and paperwork review.
• Develop understanding of SCI, SAP, and Collateral clearance processes and databases.
• Interact with government customers to ensure efficient clearance processing.
• Identify process improvements to streamline procedures.
• Manage reporting for the cleared SpaceX population (travel, life changes, incidents).
• Coordinate indoctrinations and debriefings.
• Partner with Mission Management and government reps to support clearance needs.
• Educate internal teams on clearance holder requirements.
