SpaceX in Redmond, WA is seeking an Industrial Security Officer (PERSEC) to serve as a Personnel Security Analyst. The role is on-site and requires active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, with responsibilities across SCI, SAP, and Collateral programs.

You will support PERSEC processing, engage with government customers, manage personnel clearances, and coordinate indoctrinations and debriefings while ensuring compliance with security policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• 1+ years PERSEC experience in SAP/SCI/Collateral environments or security field.

Responsibilities

• Support PERSEC aspects of missions at SCI, SAP and Collateral level.
• Process PERSEC steps: pre-screening, clearance initiation, paperwork review.
• Develop understanding of SCI, SAP, Collateral clearance processes.
• Interact with government customers to ensure efficient processing.
• Identify opportunities to streamline procedures and improve processes.
• Coordinate indoctrinations and debriefings; manage reporting for cleared personnel.
