Job summary

SpaceX in Redmond, WA seeks an Industrial Security Analyst (PERSEC) to serve as a Personnel Security Analyst. The role requires handling PERSEC for SCI, SAP and Collateral programs onsite, coordinating clearances and liaising with government customers.

Ideal candidates have a TS clearance with SCI eligibility and experience in DISS/NBIS/JADE/TALON, plus familiarity with SIMS. Onsite work, travel as needed, and potential polygraph requirements are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years NISPOM-related security responsibilities.
• 1+ years PERSEC in SAP/SCI/Collateral environment or security field.

Responsibilities

• Support PERSEC aspects for missions at SCI, SAP and Collateral levels.
• Process PERSEC steps: pre-screening, initiation, paperwork review.
• Develop understanding of SCI, SAP and Collateral clearance processes.
• Interact with government customers to ensure efficient clearance processing.
• Identify process improvements to streamline procedures.
• Manage reporting for cleared SpaceX population including travel and incidents.
• Coordinate indoctrinations and debriefings.
• Partner with Mission Management and government reps on clearance support.
