Job summary

Northrop Grumman in Melbourne, Florida, is seeking an Industrial Security Analyst at Level 3 or Level 4 to join our secure team supporting classified programs. You will manage security compliance, administer programs, and coordinate across DoD facilities, PERSEC, COMSEC, OPSEC and related disciplines.

The role requires a bachelor's degree with 5+ years of security experience (or equivalent), an active Secret clearance, and strong communication skills. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Government Secret security clearance within last 5 years or CE program enrollment.
• Knowledge of CFR 32 Part 117 (NISPOM), ICD, DoD manuals and related requirements.
• Experience with CPSO in CSO environments and SCIF/SAP considerations.
• Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to work across functions.

Responsibilities

• Support a fast-paced program by building relationships with internal and external customers.
• Author CONOPS documents for security initiatives.
• Manage program security compliance across DoD facilities, PERSEC, COMSEC, OPSEC, and related areas.
• Develop and deliver security updates to stakeholders.
• Study and implement security policies and conduct internal audits.
• Interpret and apply Security Classification Guides for programs.
