The candidate will develop OEM and distributor relationships, tailor engineering solutions for rotating equipment, and collaborate with internal teams to prepare technical and commercial proposals. Strong technical background preferred in mechanical or chemical engineering.

Qualifications

• Experience selling to OEMs and distributors.
• Ability to evaluate customer applications and recommend sealing solutions.
• Willingness to travel moderately.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities with OEMs, distributors, engineering firms, repair facilities, and end users.
• Build relationships with engineering, maintenance, operations, and purchasing teams.
• Evaluate customer applications and recommend customized sealing solutions for rotating equipment.
• Conduct customer visits, technical presentations, application reviews, and troubleshooting support.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals with internal teams.
• Communicate customer requirements to engineering for product development.
• Manage a sales pipeline and growth strategies within key accounts.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging customer needs.
• Represent the company at trade shows and events.
