Job summary

Kimmel & Associates is seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to support large-scale industrial and mission critical construction projects across the United States. This role emphasizes Primavera P6 expertise and coordination with project leadership on schedules.

This remote/travel-based position follows a 10 days on / 4 days off rotation. You will travel to active job sites, develop and maintain schedules, perform critical path analyses, and present schedule status to owners and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Primavera P6 in large-scale construction.
• Experience supporting data centers, heavy industrial, or mission-critical projects.
• Strong CPM scheduling methodology knowledge and schedule recovery skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination in fast-paced, travel-heavy environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules using Primavera P6.
• Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and field teams to ensure schedule accuracy and milestones.
• Perform schedule analysis, critical path reviews, and progress reporting.
• Identify scheduling risks and provide recovery or mitigation strategies.
• Support schedule updates, forecasting, and earned value tracking.
• Participate in owner meetings and provide schedule presentations.
• Coordinate scheduling activities across multiple stakeholders and subcontractors.
• Travel to active project sites across the United States.
