Qualifications

• Journeyman level experience in industrial construction.
• 5+ years of industrial supervisory experience preferred.
• Must hold NCCER certification, TWIC, and valid driver’s license.
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to manage crews, equipment, and material resources.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small onsite equipment fleet and coordinate daily activities.
• Recruit hourly trade personnel and supervise craftsmen, equipment, and material resources.
• Plan logistics and execute Work Plans to meet schedules and budgets.
• Monitor safety practices and conduct Tool Box and JHA Safety Meetings.
• Schedule QA/QC inspections and coordinate with inspectors and subcontractors.
• Maintain daily reports and ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
