The role requires 5+ years of industrial supervisory experience, NCCER/TWIC/DL certifications, and the ability to enforce safety and quality standards on site.

Formación

• 5+ years of industrial and supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid state ID or equivalent.
• Certifications: NCCER, TWIC and driver’s license (DL).

Responsabilidades

• Supervise skilled and unskilled hourly employees on construction projects.
• Manage onsite equipment fleet and material resources.
• Recruit hourly trade personnel and coordinate with subcontractors.
• Plan logistics, scheduling, and execution of work plans.
• Ensure safety compliance and conduct toolbox meetings.
• Maintain detailed daily field reports and cost control.
