PDS Tech Commercial, Inc. is seeking an Industrial Sandblaster & Painter to prepare, blast, and apply protective coatings to critical manufactured components in a fast-paced production environment.

The role operates on a night shift with a 6:00 PM to 2:30 PM training window and a regular shift from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, experience in manufacturing or industrial painting, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, production, industrial painting, coating application, or sandblasting.
• Ability to work in a physically active environment.
• Comfortable wearing respirators and safety gear.

Responsibilities

• Perform abrasive blasting and surface preparation on metal components.
• Apply industrial coatings, paints, and protective finishes.
• Verify coating thickness and quality standards.
