Job summary

Scope Services, Inc. is seeking a Temporary Manual Labor worker in Bridgman, MI to prepare chassis and fixtures for painting. You will use air-powered sandblasting and hand tools to meet production specs.

Responsibilities include sanding, grinding, and inspecting welds, ensuring clean surfaces and accurate fabrication before painting. This role requires 50–60 hours per week and a drive for safe, quality work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Relevant experience in industrial paint environments preferred.
• Ability to work 50–60 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Perform paint prep using air-powered sandblasting equipment and hand tools.
• Abrade metal surfaces to remove scale, paint, and rust.
• Inspect welds and quality deviations; read job orders and blueprints.
• Operate and maintain painting-related equipment and maintain a safe workspace.
