Job summary

American Rheinmetall is seeking a hands-on Sandblaster to prepare parts for painting, perform sandblasting, and assist in assembly in a manufacturing setting in the United States. The role requires safety-consciousness, adherence to quality standards (AS9100/ISO 14001), and the ability to operate sandblasting equipment with proper PPE.

The candidate will work on-site in a production environment, performing finishing tasks and supporting various shop duties while maintaining a clean and organized

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in manufacturing/production preferred.
• Must follow safety PPE procedures and quality policies.

Responsibilities

• Prepare parts for paint, masking, cleaning, and hanging on rack.
• Finish operations, paint touch up, and part marking as needed.
• Sandblast surfaces and remove burrs from machined parts as required.
• Support manual assembly and participate in 5S activities.
• Maintain housekeeping and adhere to company policies and procedures.
