Working with the VP of Business Development, you will help manufacturers solve automation, digital transformation, and system integration challenges while pursuing meaningful commission opportunities.

Based in Middletown with travel around 60%, you will lead discovery conversations, develop pursuit strategies, deliver compelling solution presentations

Qualifications

• BA/BS in engineering or related field; equivalent experience in automation allowed.
• 3–7 years in a customer-facing technical, application engineering, business development, sales support, or direct sales role.
• Competitive mindset with strong desire to win business and earn commission.
• Willing to travel ~60%.
