Freudenberg seeks a senior sales leader to drive profitable growth across the U.S. market, owning the P&L, and leading regional teams to deliver strategic plans and tangible results.

You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to shape sales, pricing, product, and marketing strategies, monitor performance, and develop talent to sustain long-term success in an industrial manufacturing environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive sales experience, incl. leadership in industrial manufacturing or services.
• Five to seven years leading and developing teams with high performance.
• Strong business acumen with experience budgeting, forecasting, profitability and P&L ownership.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans and growth strategies.

Responsabilidades

• Drive profitable sales growth across the U.S. market with strategic plans.
• Provide leadership for the business unit’s financial performance, including P&L ownership.
• Lead the Regional Management Team in short-, mid-, and long-term business plans.
• Represent the business unit with customers, employees, communities, and executives.
• Direct and develop outside/inside sales, marketing, customer service, and seal repair teams.
• Develop and execute sales, product, pricing, and marketing strategies with cross-functional partners.
• Monitor market trends, customer satisfaction, and performance to identify opportunities and risks.
• Lead talent development and succession planning, coaching and engagement initiatives.
