Qualifications

• Active Florida real estate license (or committed to obtaining within 60 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Prospect and source listings of office buildings for sale and lease across Central Florida.
• Represent buyers and tenants seeking office buildings.
• Conduct property tours, broker opinions of value (BOVs), and buyer/tenant matching.
• Build relationships with owners, investors, and decision-makers active in office.
• Collaborate with the founder and analyst on deal underwriting and strategy.
• Maintain an active CRM pipeline with weekly activity reports.
