Job summary

GHX Industrial, a SunSource company, offers a 12- to 18-month GO2 Industrial Sales Development Program designed for recent graduates pursuing a career in industrial sales. Training occurs at GHX facilities, with relocation assistance provided and final placement in an assigned territory.

Participants train 60 days at GHX HQ in Houston and 10 months at the Jacksonville, FL office, gaining mentorship, product knowledge, and full-cycle sales skills as they prepare for full-time roles in the field.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical training in a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Distribution, Engineering, Supply Chain, Sales, or related field (preferred).
• Coursework, training or certifications in Fluid Power, Fluid Process, or Fluid Conveyance (preferred).
• Internship or co-op experience in a sales/distribution or manufacturing environment (preferred).
• Mechanical interest and aptitude
• Willingness to relocate for training and for final placement at completion of program
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; outgoing and relationship-minded

Grow Our Own (GO2) – Industrial Sales Development Program

What is GO2?

GO2 is our 12-to-18-month development program designed for recent graduates interested in a career in industrial sales. You will receive comprehensive training, hands on experience, and dedicated mentorship, preparing you to transition into a full-time sales role in an assigned territory.

This position is for our GHX Industrial business. Training will occur in a GHX facility, likely in Houston. At completion of the training program, you will be transferred to your assigned sales territory. Relocation expenses will be provided.
