Job summary

GHX Industrial, a SunSource company, is launching GO2, a 12-to-18-month Industrial Sales Development Program based in Houston. The program trains recent graduates for a career in industrial sales, with hands-on experience and mentorship to transition into full-time roles in an assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical training in a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Distribution, Engineering, Supply Chain, Sales, or related field (preferred).
• Coursework, training or certifications in Fluid Power, Fluid Process, or Fluid Conveyance (preferred).
• Internship or co-op experience in sales/distribution or manufacturing environment (preferred).
• Mechanical interest and aptitude.
• Willingness to relocate for training and final placement.

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured training at GHX headquarters in Houston, TX.
• Receive ongoing mentorship and professional development.
• Provide in-depth product training.
• Learn full cycle outside sales skills.
• Work with Account Managers on joint sales calls.
• Build relationships with new and existing customers.
• Solve real-world customer problems through technical and product solutions.
