Job summary

Total Safety U.S. Inc. seeks an experienced Safety Instructor to deliver high-quality training across occupational safety, emergency response, and compliance programs. You will design and update instructional materials, conduct hands-on sessions, and assess learner competency to meet regulatory requirements.

You will coordinate internal and external trainings, maintain records, and ensure adherence to safety standards while representing Total Safety to clients in a professional manner.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years in industrial safety, emergency response, EMS, firefighting, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of training experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, both oral and written.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and training technology.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom, practical, and field-based safety training.
• Coordinate internal and external training activities and evaluations.
• Prepare training materials and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, ANSI, NFPA and company policies.
• Represent Total Safety professionally with clients.
