Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum five (5) years of progressive experience in manufacturing safety
• Experience in industrial facility safety programs
• OSHA knowledge and incident investigation experience
• Emergency responder experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain a proactive safety culture across the facility.
• Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments; perform Stop Work Authority when hazards are identified.
• Investigate incidents, determine root causes, and establish corrective actions.
• Develop, review, and improve safety policies, procedures, and training materials.
• Coordinate emergency drills and manage safety training records.
