The Westervelt Company is seeking a Safety Manager in Moundville, AL to lead workplace safety programs, reduce hazards, and ensure regulatory compliance in a fast-paced production environment.

You will inspect conditions, coach supervisors, deliver risk-reduction training, and drive continuous safety improvements with a hands-on leadership approach. Strong communication and analytics are essential for success.

Competenze

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience with industrial safety programs and OSHA regulations.
• Knowledge of workers’ compensation laws and compliance requirements.
• Ability to identify hazards and implement effective safety measures.
• Strong analytical skills to review incident reports and safety metrics.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Ability to build trust and collaborate with employees and leaders at all levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
