Safety Coordinator (Remote – West Virginia)
Contract Role | Travel Required

Oxford Solutions is working with a client looking for a Safety Coordinator to support upstream oil and gas operations throughout West Virginia and nearby areas of Pennsylvania. This is a contract-based, remote role that requires 100% travel to job sites. Candidates must currently reside in West Virginia to be considered.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure compliance with safety regulations for upstream oil and gas operations.
• Monitor and manage third-party contractor safety protocols.
• Conduct field visits across WV and nearby PA to assess site safety and identify potential hazards.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting on safety procedures and incidents.
• Communicate safety standards and updates across crews and contractors.
• Adapt to flexible schedules including weekends and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of safety coordination experience in oil and gas or similar industrial environment.
• In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and compliance specific to upstream oil and gas.
• Proven experience working with and managing third-party contractors.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be comfortable with daily travel.
• Must reside in the state of West Virginia.
