Job summary

Mujin is seeking a Field Service Technician to support robotic deployments with on-site and remote assistance. You will troubleshoot and repair electromechanical systems, perform preventive maintenance, read technical docs, and program basic robotics. You will travel to customer sites and work at multiple locations as needed.

Responsibilities include setting up robot systems, demos, and process integration, plus communicating with customers and managers to ensure uptime and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of engineering experience, preferably electromechanical in a warehouse automation setting.
• Proficiency in Python and/or C++, PLC experience.
• Strong problem solving and customer service skills to ensure equipment functionality.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electrical systems.
• Set up industrial robots, demo cells, end effectors, and vision systems.
• Execute robot demos for customers and support remote and on-site deployments.
• Provide field support for Mujin systems at customer sites, including Mujin controller installation.
