Job summary

USA DeBusk is seeking a Risk & Claims Manager to lead the handling of Workers’ Compensation, automobile and general liability claims from incident to resolution. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in blue-collar industries, with the ability to work closely with Legal, Safety, HR and Finance teams and external defense counsel and adjusters.

This onsite role requires strong organizational and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Workers’ Compensation claims experience.
• Experience handling automobile and general liability claims.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience supporting multi-state operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain organized, detailed reports on all insurance claims.
• Provide periodic claims updates to GC, executives and department heads.
• Coordinate with Risk, Legal, Safety, Finance and HR teams.
• Interface with defense counsel, brokers, carriers and adjusters.
• Manage the life cycle of all workers’ comp, auto and GL claims.
