Job summary

USA DeBusk LLC., headquartered in Houston, TX, seeks a Risk & Claims Coordinator to manage workers’ compensation, auto, and general liability claims from inception through resolution. The role requires collaboration with Legal, Safety, HR, and Finance, and interaction with defense counsel, brokers, and carriers.

The coordinator reports to the General Counsel and must be highly organized with strong written and verbal communication skills. Onsite work at the Houston Galleria is expected.

• Experience supporting multi-state operations.
• BS degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of Workers' Compensation, automobile, and general liability claims.
• Monitor medical care, work status, defense counsel reports, reserves, files and adjuster activity from inception through resolution.
• Collaborate with Legal, Safety, Human Resources and Finance departments and external partners.
• Provide periodic claims reports to General Counsel and executives.
• Coordinate with Broker, carriers and Third Party Administrator for renewals and endorsements.
