Job summary

Woodward is seeking a Repair and Overhaul Technician on 1st shift (Mon–Fri, 6am start) in Duncan, OK. You will teardown, inspect, assemble and test heavy mechanical products in an industrial setting, maintaining safety and quality standards.

Level 2 requires following SOPs, troubleshooting routine issues and supporting continuous improvement. This role offers a comprehensive total rewards package and eligibility for bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience with teardown, assembly and testing of mechanical products.
• Attention to quality and data recording per standards.
• Safety and lean practices like 5S.
