Woodward, Inc. is seeking Level I/II production technicians to follow documented procedures and operate tools to produce products. The role requires adherence to SOPs, logging operations, and maintaining quality with a focus on safety.

Training hours run first two weeks, then potential shift changes while joining a team that follows 5S and lean methodologies. Candidates should be capable of learning quickly, communicating effectively, and working with other team members to meet production

Qualifications

• Understanding and following SOPs and technical instructions.
• Ability to log daily operations per SOPs and maintain records.
• Adherence to 5S and lean practices for workplace organization.

Responsibilities

• Operations: follow procedures to produce products using tools and equipment; flexes and supports full product line.
• Process: observe key variables and log daily operations; escalate concerns as needed.
• Quality: perform inspections and tests to verify accuracy and maintain data per standards.
• Organization & Cleanliness: keep workstations clean and properly stored equipment and materials.
• Safety Mindset: follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
