The role requires 6 months of mechanical maintenance experience or a graduate of an industrial maintenance training program, plus the ability to troubleshoot, perform overtime, and follow GMP/SQF safety standards.

Qualifications

Minimum 6 months of mechanical maintenance experience or graduation from an industrial maintenance training program.
Ability to troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment.
Basic math skills and the ability to work overtime, weekends, and emergency call-ins.
Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.

Responsibilities

Monitor, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain refrigeration systems and utility equipment.
Maintain steam generation, compressed air, water distribution, condensate return, and related utility systems.
Install, inspect, and repair utility equipment using proper tools and testing equipment.
Complete maintenance documentation and CMMS/SAP work orders accurately.
Support preventative maintenance initiatives to ensure reliable operation.
Maintain clean and organized work areas and follow safety requirements.
