Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking a maintenance technician for our meat processing operation. The role involves troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing equipment in a fast-paced factory environment operated at 38-42 degrees. You will use forklifts, pallet jacks, ladders, and adhere to fall protection and lock out tag out procedures.

Overtime and weekend work are required. Candidates should have at least 6 months of industrial maintenance or refrigeration experience and be able to pass a Level 4

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months maintenance/refrigeration experience within last 12 months.
• Must pass Level 4 pulmonary function test and annual recertification.
• Clean shaven to ensure proper SCBA fit.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing equipment and company assets.
• You will be on your feet in a fast-paced factory environment.
• Work in 38-42-degree temperatures due to meat processing.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, ladders, and follow fall protection and lock out tag out procedures.
• Overtime and weekend work; SAP data entry.
