Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of industrial or commercial refrigeration experience (Freon or Ammonia).
• HS Diploma or equivalent, or training in a Refrigeration Technical Program.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain refrigeration systems following plant procedures.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections; document rounds.
• Maintain daily system logs and coordinate with QA/QC.
• Assist in routine service, pre/post season maintenance, and repair with Refrigeration Technicians.
• Assist and train Refrigeration Assistants; manage parts/supply inventories.
• Pursue Refrigeration Technician certification and keep safety training current.
