Bridor North America is hiring an
Industrial Refrigeration & HVAC Maintenance Mechanic for our new Salt Lake City bakery. These newly created positions offer a rare opportunity to work on advanced temperature-controlled systems and help shape a start-up facility.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on refrigeration, HVAC, and production systems
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and refrigeration equipment
- Install, modify, and repair equipment to ensure operational efficiency
- Follow all food safety, GMP, and safety regulations
- Maintain accurate maintenance records in the CMMS
- Assist with equipment changeovers, setups, and calibrations
- Manage and maintain inventory of spare parts, tools, and supplies
- Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns
Technical Skills & Knowledge
- Strong refrigeration and HVAC expertise; ammonia refrigeration experience highly preferred
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, OSHA, FDA, DEP, EPA, and TCPA regulations
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Other Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training preferred
- Minimum 2 years industrial maintenance experience (food industry preferred)
- Good decision-making, initiative, and organizational skills
- Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office
- Must be able to understand, speak, and write English
Pay Range: $30-$40/hr DOE
