Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field required.
• 5–10 years of progressive purchasing or procurement experience in heavy fabrication or industrial manufacturing preferred.
• Experience sourcing pressure-retaining components, plate steel, forgings, fittings, and code-compliant services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source and procure materials, components, equipment, and services for pressure vessel and industrial fabrication projects.
• Review BOMs, drawings, specs, and project requirements to determine sourcing needs.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, payment terms, and other commercial terms with suppliers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with qualified suppliers and monitor performance.
• Coordinate purchasing with Engineering, Production, Quality, and other departments to meet schedules.
