Qualifications

• Experience repairing and evaluating pump systems.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and electrical drawings.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of motors, seals and pump assemblies.

Responsibilities

• Tear down, evaluate and repair AODD and other pump types listed.
• Install and inspect mechanical seals and packing on pumps.
• Machine impellers to specified dimensions (brass and stainless).
• Design and build base plates and guards for pumps and motors.
• Assist on field repairs and pump installs as required.
• Provide customer training and support on pump issues.
• Maintain shop equipment and tools; ensure preventive maintenance.
