Professional Pump is a Midwest-based company in Canton, Michigan, seeking a Service Technician to support the repair, maintenance, and installation of pumps and related equipment for industrial clients. You will perform precision overhauls, install fluid processing equipment, and service wastewater systems at customer sites.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn with focus on precision repair, maintenance, and installation.
• Positive mindset and high ethical standards.
• Ability to handle a varied and fast-paced workload.
• Well-organized and self-directed team player.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Able to lift up to 60 pounds.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrates and promotes core values in all activities.
• Perform precision overhauls of pumps, valves, agitators, and other rotating equipment in house and at customer site.
• Install fluid processing equipment at industrial customer sites.
• Install and service wastewater equipment at customer sites.
• Install mechanical seals, couplings, V-belts, bearing seals and other accessories.
• Troubleshoot equipment problems and prepare repair or replacement recommendations.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding service work and parts.
• Maintain and perform preventative maintenance on service tools and equipment.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
