• Must be extremely proficient in Yardi Voyager (7S), PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook.

• Provide general management and direction for a diversified portfolio of properties.
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure properties are maintained in a first-class manner.
• Work with vendors to bid, establish, and administer service contracts.
• Ensure collection of accounts receivable and report on collections to asset management.
• Review and approval of accounts payable daily and provide supporting documents.
