Job summary

Ares Management Corporation in the United States seeks an Associate Property Manager to support industrial logistics properties. You will help maximize performance through efficient operations, tenant relations, and cost control.

Responsibilities include invoice processing, contract administration, budgeting, vendor management, and collaboration with asset management to enhance portfolio value. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of property management experience in commercial real estate.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and financial planning.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Management, or related field.
• CPM or RPA designation is a plus but not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication with tenants and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent tenant service and maintain regular tenant communication.
• Process invoices, manage contracts and procurement documentation.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and long-term capital plans for properties.
• Monitor operating expenditures and monthly financial reporting.
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding of properties with transaction teams.
• Assist ESG initiatives and sustainability coordination with tenants.
