Ares Management Corporation is seeking a Senior Property Manager to lead an industrial real estate portfolio in the Houston area, ensuring superior tenant service and strong financial performance.

The role requires directing budgets, capital planning, and coordination with asset management and transaction teams to maximize property value and occupancy. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Formación

• 5+ years of property management experience in real estate.
• Experience supervising vendor partners and managing financial reporting.
• BA/BS in Finance, Real Estate, or Business Management; CPM/RPA preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of industrial real estate assets with focus on tenant service.
• Develop and monitor budgets and a 10-year capital plan.
• Oversee vendor contracts and consolidate partners across portfolio.
• Maintain high tenant satisfaction and reduce accounts receivable.
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding of properties with acquisition teams.
• Provide monthly financial reporting and variance analysis.
