CBRE is seeking a Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of industrial properties in Trenton, NJ, and supervise the on-site team responsible for day-to-day operations and financial activities.

The role emphasizes leadership, tenant relations, budgeting, reporting, and compliance with CBRE's standards. A NJ real estate license and 3-5 years in commercial real estate are preferred, with a focus on delivering excellent service to clients.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience in commercial real estate and education will be considered.
• Active NJ real estate license is required.
• Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.
• Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job field and department.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mentality.

• Supervise employees and develop staff; conduct performance evaluations.
• Coordinate daily team activities; schedule, cross-train staff and set goals.
• Respond to tenant needs and issues.
• Perform financial reporting and lease abstracting.
• Act as primary contact with property owners and deliver reports.
• Develop and control annual budgets for operating and capital expenses; report variances.
• Support emergency recovery programs.
• Prepare all required legal notices for approval.
• Review rent and CAM recovery charges for timely payment.
• Lead by CBRE RISE values and foster collaboration.
• Identify and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues.
